  • West Seattle Bridge: Asset Owner and Subject Matter Expert for the closure and West Seattle Bridge Safety Program — the landmark 2020 discovery of accelerating shear cracks, emergency closure decision, post-tensioning stabilization, and full repair program through reopening in 2022.

  • Designed rails-to-trails brownfield cleanup along the Woonasquatucket River Greenway; created the Woonasquatucket River Rangers after-school environmental education program (AmeriCorps).
